Lechler's collaboration with Rever Institute reaffirms its commitment to environmental sustainability and responsibility.
The paint and coating manufacturer Lechler has recently entered into a significant partnership with Instituto Rever, an organisation dedicated to innovative solutions for solid waste management.
With the certificates issued by Instituto Rever, it will now be possible to reintegrate an equivalent amount of packaging subject to reverse logistics into the production cycle. This will enable Brazilian sister company of Lechler and its partners to carry out their compensations, supporting responsible environmental practices. Each year, Lechler will present self-declarations regarding the packaging placed on the market, specifying the mass in tons and the states of commercialisation.
Additionally, the collaboration includes compensation for all states where the material has been commercialised, thus strengthening the recycling chain both locally and nationally and contributing to the achievement of reverse logistics goals throughout Brazil.
