The supporting programme of parts2clean will focus on process adaptation and optimisation.
The organisers of parts2clean 2022, the international trade fair dedicated to parts and surface cleaning that will take place from 11th to 13th October 2022 in Stuttgart (Germany), have announced the supporting programme and the side events of the exhibition.
The exhibitors at parts2clean will showcase processes and solutions for higher cleanliness requirements and new cleaning applications, while the latest approaches for ideal efficiency will be covered by the supporting programme of the event.
“The exhibitor showcases at this year's parts2clean will offer solutions in all areas of industrial cleaning technology to meet these new requirements in a leading-edge context. For example, developments for the removal of fine-particle and filmic-chemical contaminants will be presented, as well as solutions for improved energy and resource efficiency, greater cost-effectiveness and flexibility,” has stated Hendrik Engelking, the global director of Deutsche Messe.
The cross-industry, cross-technology and cross-materials exhibition portfolio of parts2clean 2022 will then be expanded with a supporting programme that will offer access to insights and know-how on process adaptation and optimisation in a condensed form.
The special show “Component Cleanliness – a Holistic View of the Process Chain” jointly organised with the Cleaning Excellence Center (CEC) will provide attendees with a better grasp of the pre-treatment and cleaning of workpieces, the appropriate process chemistry, the cleaning of containers and workpiece carriers, the professional monitoring of the achieved cleanliness with laboratory equipment and cleanliness-compliant packaging in a cleanroom.
parts2clean will also host a specialist forum, that usually attracts over 1,300 participants and many other users connected worldwide. It will offer experts from science and research institutions, industrial associations and industry professionals a platform to share their knowledge and expertise as well as benchmark solutions in simultaneously translated (German - English) lectures on several issues, such as:
- Basics of industrial cleaning processes;
- Digitisation;
- Automation and process monitoring;
- Challenges due to filmic contamination.
The presentations will also focus on challenges in electromobility and the energy industries, as well as on precision cleaning for extreme requirements, for example production equipment for DUV and EUV lithography. Furthermore, the forum will include the “Analytics, Technical Cleanliness, Rules and Regulations” and the “Environmental Relevance and Circular Economy” sessions, which will be centred around solutions for media preparation, substitution of critical or banned substances and energy and resource savings.
“The high quality of information and presentations here have made this forum one of the most sought-after sources of knowledge in the field of parts and surface cleaning for domestic and international visitors,” has concluded Engelking.
The organisers of the trade fair will present the entire programme of the specialist forum in mid-September. The participation is free of charge for tradeshow attendees. In addition, all the presentations will be broadcast live on the parts2clean event website.
