The specialty chemicals manufacturer Perstorp has recently announced that it has received a platinum rating for sustainability by EcoVadis in the categories related to environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.

Since its establishment in 2007, EcoVadis has become of the the largest and most trusted global providers of business sustainability ratings, forming a global network of over 130,000 rated companies. The EcoVadis sustainability assessment evaluates how effectively a company integrates sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) principles into its business and management systems using international tandards, including the Global Reporting Initiative, the United Nations Global Compact and and ISO 26000, covering more than 220 spend categories across 180+ countries.
