Rösler and the HUST-Wuxi Research Institute opened a Customer Experience Center in China to offer more flexible and better technical services.
Rösler China and the Huazhong University of Science and Technology-Wuxi Research Institute have recently announced the opening of the first Customer Experience Center. Thanks to the joint venture, the company can now offer a more flexible and better technical service to its local customers as well as provide more precisely fitting surface solutions.
After more than a year of preparation, the new facility has been officially put into operation. Covering area of 100 m2, the new Chinese hub is now fully equipped with shot blasting, vibratory finishing and AM post processing systems. The facility will also allow the HUST - Wuxi Research Institute to receive professional advice on surface processing in the aerospace sector, in order to promote the transfer of scientific research results and the training of innovative talents.
More than fifty customers from the aerospace, automotive, medical, communications and additive industries attended the grand opening ceremony of the new Customer Experience Center. During the event, the participants had the opportunity to debate on surface finishing, post-processing of products using 3D printing and the future development priorities of the sector.
