The company was selected for the second time in the TOP 100 innovative companies in Germany, impressing the jury for the "Innovative Processes and Organization" category.
Every year, TOP 100 honours the most innovative of Germany's small and medium-sized enterprises. This year, Venjakob Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG convinced the jury in the 27th round of the TOP 100 innovation competition and from June 19 Rheda-Wiedenbrück-based company is officially among the most innovative companies.
During the scientific selection process, the company impressed in the size class C (companies with more than 200 employees), especially in the category "Innovative Processes and Organisation".
"The company's mission is to drive innovation," said Christian Nüßer, the commercial and third generation of the Venjakob family to run the company. To find out what are the most requested innovations, Venjakob focuses on the problems of its customers, compares them, considers which machines can be modified or, if necessary, builds something completely new. The most important thing for the Westphalian company is not the technical optimization of the individual components, but the improvement of the process itself.
The manufacturer of special-purpose machines supports customers with the aim of improving their processes. " This is not only about faster, higher, further, but often also about the question of how processes can be simplified and streamlined," explains Rudolf Eickhoff, technical manager director. In this way we are able to launch innovations on the market that best satisfy the customer.
