The new facility will enable Vibrantz Technologies to colour water-based coatings more easily, efficiently and economically.
Vibrantz Technologies will open a new production site in Sittard (The Netherlands) to expand the capacity of its patented Pearls™ sustainable dyeing solution, a technology package that includes a dispensing machine to volumetrically dispense solid dyes to create end-use paint colours.
The site will increase Pearls' global production capacity to approximately 1.2 million litres per year and enable the company to more effectively meet the sustainability, performance and cost requirements of global dye producers and paint retailers.

Pearls is the first volumetric solid dye system for water-based industrial coatings and is designed for simplicity, sustainability
and cost efficiency, with zero harmful chemicals and fully recyclable packaging. In addition, the solution extends paint shelf life, is easier to use than traditional tintometric technologies and helps reduce the total cost of ownership of tintometric systems.
