Structure reproduces the conditions of large workshops specialized in painting services
One of the main suppliers of painting equipment in Brazil, Wimpel has just inaugurated its Training Center (TC) in the East Zone of São Paulo. The new structure, detailed Vitorino Arruda, director of Wimpel, will be destined to the realization of automotive
painting courses and training of companies specialized in maintenance of spray guns.
"Our TC reproduces the conditions that the professional finds in the large workshops
specialized in services of auto body and painting," he said. In addition to having a
complete equipment list, such as HVLP and LVLP spray guns, sanders, filters and
airbrushes, Wimpel´s CT has a paint mixing system and a 10 m² paint booth.
Manufactured by Inovent, the cabin has a positive pressure system and recycles the air
through activated carbon filters.
Sprex Japan, a Brazilian reference in courses focused on automotive repairs – from 2015
until now, it trained more than 300 professionals –, was responsible for the premiere of
Wimpel´s CT. Between April 23 and 27, Kazuhiko Kobayashi and Gerson Mekaru, owners
of Sprex Japan, delivered on-site a quick repair workshop for auto body and painting.
"We were very surprised and pleased with the structure built by Wimpel. Never before in
Brazil has an equipment supplier shown such dedication to offer training to the users of
its products," said Kobayashi.
